RegistrationTo register, download and print the registration packet (pdf) at the bottom of this page, fill out the paperwork and send to: Amadeus Conservatory of Music 201 King Street Chappaqua, NY 10514 All registration information is included in the registration packet. Trial lessons are available: Call the office to set up a trial lesson. You can register at any point during the year, we pro-rate the tuition. If you have any other questions concerning registration, please call us at 914-238-0388. We accept payments by check, Visa or Master Card, or by monthly installments with FACTS Payment Plan   General registration info: For private lessons (any instrument and voice) you can sign up for either the year or the semester. Our year is from September though June and includes 34 lessons and 2 recitals. The recitals are held in December and June at the Chappaqua Library Theater. Payment Options If you sign up for the semester, you need to pay the tuition in full. If you sign up for the year, you have the option of enrolling in the FACTS tuition payment plan. This involves paying a 25% deposit, and the balance in paid in monthly installments through February taken from your checking account. All of the FACTS paperwork is included in the registration packet. You can also enroll in FACTS online by going here Before you sign up for the semester or year you can take a trial lesson for 30-minutes, 45-minutes or 60 minutes, or you can take a free 15-minute mini-lesson. Make-up lessons, sick days, cancellation policy We offer 2 make-up lessons per year and one per semester due to illness. We will make up any lessons due to teacher illness or due to weather. You may discontinue lessons at anytime during the first 4 weeks of lessons, just pay for the lessons you took.
