This class introduces music and rhythm to our youngest students through child – friendly small instruments which they play accompanied by live music and movement. Instruments include hand held eggs, tambourines, jingle bells, rain shakers, maracas, ocean drums, rainbow mallets and hand drums among many others. Through interactive playing, this class helps to develop and stimulate the neurological network, and make sense out of sounds and rhythm. This in turn helps young children eventually comprehend words. The class will enable the parent or caregiver to strengthen the bond with their child and have fun doing it. Between many enticing percussion instruments, scarves, a parachute, bubbles, and games involving bouncing, wiggles and tickling, peek-a-boos and finishing with a calming lullaby, see your child’s eyes light up as they discover the interactive world of music!
