Paul Brown

Mr. Brown’s career has spanned performances in Germany, Austria, and the United States. An experienced and nurturing voice teacher, he has taught voice to children and adults for twenty-five years. He is a strong believer in giving positive reinforcement to his students along with imparting a love for singing. He has taught at the Norman Musical Institute, Oscar Rose Junior College, and has been music and choir director at St. Peter’s Church and Johnson Road Baptist Church. His education includes a Bachelor of Music from Oklahoma University and the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria. As soloist, he has appeared with the Hannover Opera House, Hannover, Germany, the Graz Opera House, Graz, Austria, and Bielefeld Opera House, among others. He appeared with the Brevard Festival Orchestra in the role of Scarpia and has been a guest artist for the American Music Festival, Hannover, Germany. Mr. Brown presently resides in Westchester County, NY.
